Bruce Cox - August Featured Fly Tyer @ Bar Flies.

Topic: Bruce will demonstrate Thorax Duns based on the legend Vince Marinaro’s contributions.

Bruce says he is blessed to have been taught fly tying by local legend , Rudi Mion almost 4 decades ago. Bruce has been an active member of the Pittsburgh areas fly fishing and tying community paying back the lessons Rudi passed on to him from George Harvey when Rudi took the PSU fly fishing and tying course in the late 30’ & 40’s during Rudi’s student time.

We should have a few extra tools and materials for those interested in starting (or continuing) to tie flies, so just show up and learn from the group!
