Fawcett Fields Opening Day Kids Fishing Event 2026

Come join us on openings day of trout season for some fun and some fishing at beautiful Fawcett Fields park.

Things kick off around 7:30am and the Allison Park Sportsmen's Club will have members on site until 1pm.

Little Pine Creek is a kids only fishing stream that the club stocks with trout provided via a generous donation from Trout Unlimited.

As a reminder, this event is for Shaler Township residents only.

Volunteers from the Allison Park Sportsmen's Club will be on hand to provide assistance. In addition, we will have some loaner rods that the kids can use if they need one. The club will also be providing bait if needed.
