Christmas Party Update - Volunteers needed

A quick update regarding the Christmas party. (See details below)

We held a board meeting on Monday November 4th to plan for this years Christmas party and have approved a caterer for the event. B&Z Deli will be providing the entrees which include:

1. Fried Chicken

2. Baked Ham

3. Pasta shells in a red sauce

   
   

As a reminder Eric will be sending out an email / survey asking the following:

1. Will you be attending?

2. Will you be bringing a side dish or dessert?

3. Will you be donating a gift for the door prizes?

   
   

   NOTE: this isn't mandatory and you don't need to bring enough to feed 75 people! A normal family size portion will do fine.

   
   

If you don't like to cook or bake we are seeking a couple of folks to supply dinner rolls and butter.

If you bring a side please provide a serving spoon or appropriate utensil for serving it.

In addition to the normal door prizes (donations appreciated) we will be having a Chance Auction (Tickets are 10 / $5) for several premium items with the proceeds going back to the club. The premium prizes will include:

1. A guided trip on Beaver Creek

2. A custom made fly rod

3. A custom made gun/rod rack

As for beverages remember the Christmas Party is BYOB. Please drink responsibly.

Finally and importantly, the board is seeking volunteers who would be willing to arrive early (6pm) to help with setup and then again with the clean-up afterwards. If you would be willing to help out please contact me.
